This property is wonderful for a five day stay. So many extra things to make you comfy. The coffee and water bars. The comfy robes. The staff at front desk especially Chico was amazing. The hotel is walking distance to so many restaurants, city market just across the street, carriage rides, and more.

I loved the decor and unique spaces. The Nespresso coffee on each floor was a big plus. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Charleston and the battery, and the staff were all so nice and helpful. It has become my go to hotel in Charleston.

The first floor suites were very loud during the night. The heat or AC system made loud noises like fans grinding. The 2nd floor ceiling looks like partially removed and screwed back on-and light shined thru crack during night. Resort fees high. Valet services were great!!
