What I didn't like was. I went to buy breakfast and I wanted a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I made the order after the order came the lady said do you want butter. We said no we asked for cream cheese. She then said they dont have it. Waiting for it to come in. So here I am with my wife with two toasted bagels with nothing to put on them. That wasn't good.

This hotel was really nice. We got an accessible room and the bed was actually low enough for a disabled person. No free breakfast but a Starbucks is available in the lobby.

The hotel was in good condition. For a hotel near the airport it was as expected. The room was comfortable and everything was clean. I would stay here again if I needed an airport accessible hotel at a good rate that was not a bad hotel.

This doubletree isn’t the closer one to airport. But the shuttle leaves every half hour. And I was able to make it to my flight. Beautiful hotel

Our room was nice, but on the side if the building next to the freeway , very noisy! Did not sleep most if the night! I talked to the front desk in the morning and by late afternoon was moved to a room across the hall. It was so much quieter! And I slept well! Thanks to the curtious and caring staff!!! Also had a great dinner in the restaurant and service was excellent!!! RAK

The hotel was dirty and run down. Clearly the pictures were taken 10 years ago. The interstate was extremely loud and kept us up all night. I would never book this hotel again.
