We have stayed here a few time. For the price it could use some upgrades. The elevator wasn’t working when we got there. That was only an issue because of the amount of luggage we needed to get to our room. The staff was very helpful and gave us a room on the first floor. Overall it was a good stay.

The reason I chose this hotel is bc it said there was beach access, there is a public beach access w an 8-ish min drive. There is NO beach access from this hotel. Other than that lie, the hotel was great 😊

Who let the dogs out?

I did not stay at the property. The room was disgusting and smelled of wet dogs. The room was filthy. When I approached the manager about the condition of the room, he indicated that he could provide me with air freshener. Thus, I drove 80 miles to the next available hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in all of my 50+ years.

Nice hotel

I got there early and asked for an early check-in. It was granted, but at a $20 surcharge. When I got to the room, it was occupied. I went to front desk and got another room, which was a corner, upgraded room. That was nice.

Great location and nice, big room, quartz bathroom counters. Plenty of towels. Nice hanging closet and storage. What we didn't like were the sheets, which were uncomfortable, like sleeping with a shower curtain! Also, the room was a bit drab as far as decorating (it was all browns), but it was clean and not worn out, although it's obvious the hotel needs an update.

Nice Hotel

Hotel was clean and comfortable and priced below many others in the Charleston area. Good parking. Nice breakfast and pool area. We were pleased for the price.

It's an older motel, but clean and quiet. It's in a very convenient location. The bed was not comfortable. The room definitely needed upgrading. The breakfast was not very good. Eggs cold, bacon very greasy and sausage was burned. The front desk ladies and housekeeping were very nice.
