The King suite was clean but refrigerator was not cold,no chair or table in the bedroom, door would not close properly and some of the light switches didn't work.

The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean in our room. The stay was wonderful and this will probably be the same place we will stay next time we come.

My two night stay at the Charleston Cambria was very nice. Hotel was clean and staff was very cordial and helpful. Loved the mattress and the shower! I also liked that they had a shuttle into Charleston from 3:00 - 11:00. That was a huge help since parking can be tricky.

Well designed rooms
This is a well appointed hotel just over the river from old town Charleston. The room is well designed and it was very quiet. Parking was easy. We walked along a greenway to restaurants and a grocery store. Would stay again just wish they had complimentary breakfast.

The room was nice. I liked the layout and the way the bed faced the window. TV was big and channels were good. Did not love the pocket door on bathroom and it took a long time for the hot water to heat up. That was annoying. Fitness room was nice and had good equipment, but one day it was 77 degrees in there - too hot for a workout room. Staff was very nice ! Where our room was ( in front and close to the road) was noisy. But, the hotel itself was not noisy. It was convenient to everything. I would recommend.

The staff is either untrained or lacking in motivation. The was a loud conversation between the desk staff and the dining staff carried across 50’. I as checked into someone else’s room even though I provided photo identification. Not much in support of security.
