It was easy to find, had ample parking and a great selection at the lobby convenience store. The beds were comfortable. The shower leaks water into the bathroom floor because of the set up but had great quality toiletries.

Great Value

We stayed here during a surgery I was scheduled for at MUSC. Location was perfect. The King suite was very comfortable. We had an issue with our fridge but the night manager was accommodating once we found her. Staff was all very friendly. The bartender was great. Food looked very good.

Excellent in almost every respect. Room was well appointed, clean, and bedding comfortable. It was more quiet than typically experienced in hotels. However, the open shower was not deep enough to prevent water from pouring out of the shower leaving the bathroom floor soaked and slippery. Also, our arrival and departure were in the dark. The very few handicapped spaces were occupied, and the open spaces near the front were designated for some promotional program of the hotel. We are both handicapped, yet we’re required to park at the very rear side of the building, and navigate in an almost totally dark parking lot, with luggage in hand.

I have stayed in other Cambria's before and really loved the layout and service, but this time I may think about my next stay. after one night here we requested only the towels and trash be removed from room and new towels/wash cloths put in room. After all day no one completed this request, so on the way out to dinner we stopped by front desk to see what could be done, and the manager Consuela Butler?? had a bad attitude about us asking, and went to get the towels for us to take back to room instead of having them delivered. All she asked was if we had the dirty towels which we didn't since we were headed out, I did ask if she wanted me to bring the old towels back down, which she said no. Not sure what we did wrong, but normal responses from mgmt would be "we will deliver to your room" not question us.
