Great location. Bad service. It was impossible to have a bath since the water stopper was missed, and hotel staff cannot fix this and asked us to send an email to a manager. In this cost range there are much better hotels in the area.

This was a warehouse in the “old days” ….beautiful wood beams. Spacious suite. Great coffee bar. Complementary breakfast. Friendly staff. 10 minute walk to downtown.

I really enjoyed the hotel! Beautiful inside, rooms were very big and well decorated! IF I were to stay there again, I would never accept a room that wasn’t on the top floor! Our door was literally in the lobby… so loud around the front desk! The room itself is also not very well sound insulated, old wooden floors above were so loud! Our room had a very stale/ musty smell the whole stay and the windows could not be opened! Bought some air freshener, problem solved temporarily! I really wanted to like this hotel…

Beautiful inn located very conveniently to restaurants & downtown Charleston. Staff were really helpful & friendly. The rooftop terrace is delightful. Only thing I found strange was ordering breakfast & most people picking it up & taking it back to their rooms. Admittedly, I was a visitor from Europe & did found serving breakfast on disposable plastic & plates/containers strange, but this hotel was not alone in doing this on my visit to various ciities.

Nice renovations and it’s clear they are still working out the kinks. Front desk team was great. Weird that Saturday night is the one night the bartender has off. Kind of weird for busy time of year to not have the bar staffed. Team was amazingly nice and engaging. Room Reno was good but the old wet bar is just dated. Would also say the elevator floor and transition take away from all the othe nice finishes.
