Good room, comfortable hotel. The fan in the room runs constantly so if you are hoping for a silent room it is not that. It wasn't terrible, just not quite what I had hoped for. Thankfully it doesn't blow directly on the bed so it isn't too drying.

We love US University Conf Center hotels and this is one of the best. Good standard of room and dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast could be better, but the plus points of room standard and location more than outweigh lack of choice at morning mealtime
