The hotel said a tree branch scraped the side of the building and the top of the roof all not long. I say that there had to be an animal inside the wall where I slept. I didn’t get any sleep at all because of a very loud scratching sound coning from the walk!!!

The receptionist took more than 30 minutes to give a room. The room was found to be unclean. He assigned another room after about 30 minutes . Very inefficient receptionist! In addition, we stayed 2 days at the hotel. They didn’t clean the room on any day!

NEVER STAY HERE.

Everything about our stay was unsatisfactory. Check in was disorganized. When I got to my room, the door was left ajar. The door opens to the outside - I am lucky there was not a ton of bugs or animals inside. The light on the vanity was broken. When reported, I was told it would be fixed while I was away. It was not. The phone in the room was broken. The room was dirty. The couch was disgusting.
