We stood in line forever only to be notified by other guests that their cc machine was broke and only accepted cash. We then had to get out of line to go to the cash station. Not once did the staff make this announcement to everyone already in line. Room and location was just ok.

Lots of goods - lots of "needs work."

They NEED to get better with desk service. The process to check in is AWFUL. Super time consuming. You have GOT to get that under control. I think I spent 30-40 minutes in line. You MUST COMMUNICATE with the people in line so they know what is going on. No communication. Had to go back because my keycard didn't work. Was 2nd in line and not acknowledged. Took forever at 11pm at night. GOOD THINGS: Rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Good coffee in room. I did not have the complimentary breakfast but it looked like a more elevated experience from continental.

Came to visit UOI for Mother’s weekend. Upon checking in found this hotel was only accepting cash as their card machines were down. This caused a long line at check in. The wait time was running an hour when I got there. The people at the desk did not tell you this until you got up to the desk causing some people to have to get out of line and find a ATM machine and return to the line and wait all over again. Lots of angry guests in line. A sign on the door upon entering would have helped. They were not even apologetic for this inconvenience. I will not be staying here again.

I would say no stars for this one. Only positive if the reception was friendly. No toiletries in bathroom, dirty towel hangin on hook in bathroom, beds made but have crumbs and hair on them, hair in shower, phone not working, carpet is straight on concrete and appears to be wet a little and uneven. Damage to walls, doors, and furniture. Check in was very slow. Tried to get help from housekeeper in hall but doesn’t speak any English. Toilet had hair around the rim and on lid. Beds uncomfortable and pillows lumpy. I would never stay here again or recommend at all. When booking the only other option I had was 3x the price or worse looking. I wish I splurged for the $600 hotel instead or hadn’t stayed at all.

This property looks pretty high class on the computer but that is not how it is in person. Not very clean grounds and kind of crammed in with a low/middle class apartment complex. I wouldn't say its an unsafe neighborhood but we did keep an eye on things. Staff at both check in and check out were not overly friendly. I would stay again but it wasn't as nice as it looked on the website.

The room was beautiful and perfect size for our family. The pool was great and very big to accommodate all the guests. Staff was polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much and will be back in the future.

It was ok. But at 3 am I’m not expecting to have children running back and forth through the hallways. The overall experience was ok. Checking in could have been better as I was made to go put money on a different card and then once I returned with the card I was told they can only take cash. Wasted an hour and a half of my time as my bank was 25 minutes from the hotel. Besides that the room was clean and the pool was warm enough to enjoy.
