Front desk person was CLUELESS! She actually tore up my paperwork in front of me and said she didnt have a room for us even though we had confirmation and had already received payment. It was a nightmare! after a LONG DAY of travel! Leaving the tropical storm area of TN.

We needed a place that accepted dogs and found this to be clean, thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and with a good dog walking area (both on the property and to nearby shopping centers). The kitchenette was helpful, the bed comfortable, and the staff polite.

The hotel personnel were terrific!! I can’t say enough for each and every one we encountered from the front desk to the housekeeping people. Everyone was so polite and friendly, ready to help in anything we needed. The little “convenience store” off the lobby was nice to have at 2am for a quick snack too. We’ll stay again!!!

They gave us the wrong room and then said they did not carry the room but once a different staff came in, she told us the truth so we were put in another room only for it to be a room for handicapped. Never tried to make it right the whole two weeks. Too many lies and 2 of the staff treat certain people differently. I could go on but for what? Also there were two staff that were amazing and very nice and respectful. I do want to let that property know that everyone spend money just like the next.

Fine, but could make some improvements
My mom, husband, and I stayed here one night on our way to visit other family members. The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. The air conditioner did not work correctly, it gave an error message on the thermostat and then shut off. Online, breakfast was advertised. When we arrived, we were told that belreakfast was not available, but a full kitchen was in our room. The staff was friendly, but not very informative. Online, the pet fee was $50. When we checked in, it was only $25 (this was a pleasant surprise, especially since breakfast was not provided). We would be hesitant to stay here again.

There wasn't anything particularly unique about the property however if you are looking for a quiet place with a comfortable bed at a reasonable cost just off of the freeway, this is your place. This is our new go-to place when traveling in the area.
