Not many food options for kids, not the best when you have 5 kiddos to feed. The italian restaurant does have great pizza but you have to make reservations. The resort was super clean, very modern, good evening people watching entertainment. The beach area was small and a litle rocky but no sea weed because of that so it was fun for the kids. Staff was friendly and there were pools everywhere

The hotel exceeded my expectations! First thing when we checked in we had a room bracelet that made it so easy to access the room without the old card method. The room's view is heaven, facing the beach and the staff used to clean the windows every day from the humidity so you can see the beach. Also, the shower is fancy and comfortable. The entertainment staff were so nice and made it fun on the beach and the pool. The food was delicious in all of the restaurants and we tried all of them during our stay. The hotel had a show for 2 hours every night, other hotels are so boring at night if you have kids and you can't hang out in the bar. If you have kids, the hotel has a whole kids' area that has activities for the kids all day. The staff were so professional and nice. Jose translated our conversation with the taxi driver and communicated well with him for an hour. Room service quickly responded to any concerns or requests, when we ordered food in the room it arrived in 10 minutes hot and fresh. When we had an issue with the fridge, it was replaced in 20 minutes. The hotel is very safe, they took the taxi driver’s information, DL, and ensured that he was coming to us and that we ordered him. I recommend the hotel to anyone and I will definitely go back with the family

🌟🌟🌟🌟☆ Great Stay, But the Seaweed Smell Was Overwhelming Overall, Hilton Tulum is a beautiful resort — the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. We really enjoyed the food options and the relaxing atmosphere. However, the smell of seaweed near the beach area was very strong during our stay. We understand this can be a natural issue, but it definitely impacted the beach experience and made it hard to enjoy that part of the resort. Still, everything else was great, and we would consider coming back — hopefully during a time when the seaweed isn’t as intense.

The resort was absolutely stunning. Every detail was carefully planned. Having access to the enclave pool made all of the difference as those pools were typically quiet and empty. Those pools also had access to a restaurant that was amazing. The food was everywhere amazing, but the best part about staying at this resort was the staff. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The staff made sure that we had everything we needed and we’re comfortable every single person that I encountered who worked at the resort was extremely kind and easily made me want to come back to this resort again.

The kids area is super fun, their beach is very nice, the pools are warm and lovely. We only tried ine buffet and the fiod wasnt good. That would be my only complaint. No sargasum on the beach! Even in June.
