Celebrated my son’s 2nd birthday with family and we had the best time ever! It was our first time at Great Wolf and we def want to make this an annual tradition. I love that the park can grow with him! The adults even had a fun in the water park. I wish there were more food options and more vegan friendly! I love that guests can bring their own food to store in the room. The rooms are VERY spacious. Not your typical hotel suite! We loved it!

We didn’t like paying for parking which is very limited and now more congested to drive throw. Also the kids missed the big bear at the entrance. We would like to see adjoining rooms. The cabana was really over priced after paying for the entry fee and hotel stay. The overall experience is family friendly and fun but very expansive. .

Not great.

The hotel needs to be updated pretty shabby pretty expensive for what you get as well. The kids liked it, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than a night.

My family loved the hotel and the water park , the room was clean and was the first time we spending time in this hotel. My daughter and my son loved the water park and definitely they want me taking again for their birthdays. The only thing I didn’t like about the water park was they allowed to have alcoholic drinks in side the water park, I thought is especially areas to drinks like the restaurants bars but not around of kids. That’s the only reason maybe I wouldn’t take my kids again.

Family with young children had a great time at the waterpark and with the shows and dances in the evening. Check in was very frustrating. The person who booked could not be there at check-in, the family was made to wait until the central reservations line was called and the booking amended to add adult names. I spend over 25 minutes on hold with central reservations with no answer while my family waited in the lobby. Finally the front desk clerk got a manager approval to let my wide and kids check in. Apart from the check-in issue, it was a good stay.
