The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean, comfortable bed. The one thing I am so grateful for is the phone call I received after we checked out informing us we had left a bag with merchandise behind in the room. The hotel staff graciously agreed to mail our items to us. Such a relief. Thank you to Betsy, Bill, and to the housekeeping staff who found our items.

This hotel may be a bit distant from the west Lebanon area but I always have the best experience. Comfortable, clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast and the pizza next door is very tasty! I choose this over any other for the pricing and all it’s included. Always come back.

The Align Inn was quite pleasant and I would definitely stay again. The recent upgrades are very nice, especially the lobby and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious although I prefer carpeted floors over linoleum but I guess that's the rage now. My only (minor) complaint was the smallish 32" LCD TV which looked like a postage stamp on the wall.
