We were there for two nights, so three calendar days, and the only elevator was out of service the entire time. We were there with extended family. Fortunately, the one family member who really can’t use stairs had a first floor room. I heard other people asking to be switched to first floor rooms. One person was able to switch and the next person was told that the front desk person needed to see if it would be possible. The hotel should really alert people if there is no functioning elevator ahead of time.

was very excited to stay here until I came here. I only did it for the pool for my son. The water was freaking cold was shivering. it was very disappointing for me. Breakfast was OK. The bathroom glass when you’re taking a shower it keeps moving. What’s so annoying for me. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again

Everything was great. Except the room was too hot for us. Others may not have any issue with the temperature. We had a thermostat, but changing the requested degrees and turning on the fan did not change the temp at all. Not the hotels fault … but, whoever was in the connected room had their TV on very loud ALL night. That was difficult.
