I just recently stayed in a five star hotel where the rooms were flashy but not at all functional. The Comfort Inn was such a relief! Not only was it clean and spacious, I actually had towel rods and hooks, a mirror that did not steam up, counter space and a place for my open suitcase! And, it was attractive!

We checked in to the first room only to discover that the sheets had not been changed. There were food crumbs in both beds. We asked to change rooms. The second room had a sink that was clogged and urine on the toilet seat. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Very dirty!

The pillow on my bed still had wrinkles and indent of previous head that laid on it. Indicating it was not changed. Also while needing a shower before bed the shampoo container was completely empty so could not wash hair.

Our stay was okay but the cleanliness of the property was not great. In our room was an empty pill bottle and fork under the sink, a cough drop by the bedside, and a can of iced tea behind the desk. There was also an off putting smell in the hallway thought out the stay. They also appeared to be undergoing some renovations because the pool was closed and while walking my dog I noticed it was full of mattresses. The area was alright, just needs some work on upkeep and cleaning.

Not clean. Pictures online arwe old.

The property is not clean and even when you ask for housekeepimg in your room they Wiill just make the bed. There was not really cleaning of the sink, surfaces or vaccumimg.

This is just an average and not particularly well-cared for hotel. It isn't bad bad, but not great. One night stay at most.

The whole floor that I was staying on lost electricity. Although they did get me a room on the next floor down because I need electricity to sleep because I have a CPAP machine. And then in the morning the toilet clogged and it took a long time to get somebody to come and take care of it. The carpets were dirty the place was run down. The staff for the most part did their best to rectify the situation.

We decided to stay an extra night and the girl at the front desk was very helpful in getting us the best price and in enabling us to keep our rooms without changing. Good help is not always easy to find so I want to commend it!

Hello! We chose and arrived at this hotel 2 hours ago and when we entered our room after registration we saw dirty stains, hair and all sorts of small debris in the beds. Broken furniture, no hot water. When we asked to change the room, they gave us a dirty room too. And it was very cold there. We are now leaving this hotel without spending the night. We will provide you with a photo report from our room. We kindly ask you to compensate for our damage and return the money we received from you. We did not spend the night in this hotel.
