we stayed 3 nights .. Upon check-in we were asked if we would like room service as it is only provided upon request. We said yes please. So on the second nothing was done . We told the person at the desk and requested it for the next day. Nothing was done. we had to go to the dest to request clean towels.

I liked the double bed room. We were disappointed about the breakfast and limited dining in their restaurant. There was no body soap, nor shampoo. The dispenser was empty.

Noisy Room
Hotel was clean and check-in was easy. Had some issues with the plumbing right next to the bed made a loud rumbling noise all night long every 8-10 minutes. Kept us awake all night. I would like our $ back!! Would not recommend.

I love how the staff are very attentive and how its in a great location. What i didnt like about my stay was my bathroom toilet had stains that house keeping didnt clean, where i slept the wall had finger prints and side of my bed frame had black smudge of something that was not cleaned before we stayed in that room.

Very safe, clean, and nice facility. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Actually switched to this property from a rather terrible one, and was so relieved to find it in such great condition.
