Hotel Needs to Do Better

Random phone calls to my room in the middle of the night. Alarm in room went off at midnight. Put in a handicap room without being asked if that was ok. Loud nosies between rooms as there was a locked door between rooms instead of a wall. As a Platinum (frequent hotel guest) I was very disappointed. Shared all of this with front desk at checkout.

Great for what we needed it for

Stayed at property for a funeral. Check in was quick. Hotel public areas and rooms are clean. Room service/cleaning was upon request. Good breakfast with standard Holiday Inn Express items. Breakfast closed a bit early at 9 AM. Breakfast items varied from day to day. Bathroom sink faucet handle was loose making it difficult to select right temperature. Door stop behind bathroom door was torn off wall. Television would lose connectivity intermittently. We brought leftovers from restaurant and deck clerk graciously gave us plates and utensils so we could heat up and eat our food. Elevators work but are always slow arriving at requested floor.
