I love the overall feel of this hotel. The wine service in the early evening and the coffee service in the morning is much appreciated.

The people were great - from the front desk to the restaurant to the valet. The property was old and dates. My room had torn carpets, and dirty furniture - and given you spend a lot of time in the room, it was a huge turnoff. I would not stay there again. Location was great, but hotel was dirty and old.

The room decor is very trendy and not stuffy, and the bed is comfortable, but this does not have the atmosphere for a luxury hotel. Our check in was very awkward, the clerk told me to tap to pay, and after I tapped my phone, and it charged, he told me they didn’t take Apple Pay and next time at their properties I should not tap my phone. It was just weird. Then he told us that he did not recommend the hotel rooftop bar, which frankly was part of the reason I chose this hotel. Then he told me they sometimes had comp tickets for the cover charge of the bar, but he was out of them. Why tell me that?

The location is amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved this hotel.
