Check in was smooth, the receptionist was personable and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and spacious. Only two hiccups, there’s no drive up to check in and drop off your luggage and the bartender seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. We ordered drinks and she rolled her eyes, as if she was irritated she had to serve us. With that said, they have a 5-8 happy hour with drink specials. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet but it looked clean, well stocked, and others seemed to enjoy it.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was spotless, spacious, and amazing. Breakfast was better than I’ve ever had and the staff was amazing. The price was unbeatable.

I really liked the layout of the room and the hotel as an whole was excellent!! Everything was clean from the hallways the elevator and especially the room, I completely loved it!! The staffing was excellent. Springhill suites is by far my best hotel experience, my partner and family absolutely loved the stay. JUST BEAUTIFUL

Unique room layout

Check-in was fast and easy. There was a bar in the lobby and also breakfast in the morning, but we didn't use either. Didn't use pool or fitness center either. The room was large and laid out a bit differently, with the bathroom in the back corner of the room instead of right when you walk in. This makes the bathroom long and narrow. I'm not a big fan of the TV that has to be on a swivel to point towards either the couch or the bed, but I suppose it works OK. Our TV only picked up about half the channels in the guide (and of course...they were the ones we'd have liked to watch). We ended up watching Netflix instead. It might sound kind of silly, but with so many new hotels competing for business, we'd probably not come back just because of the TV issue.

Coralville overnight.

One night stay. Staff, we’re very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed happy hour with Miss Little as our bartender. Location is close to Several restaurants for our evening meal. Room was very clean well stocked.
