We waited almost 45 minutes to check in because the front desk worker fell asleep on the job and then when she finally woke up from the beck room, she came out and acted like we were inconveniencing her. The next morning at about 8:30 when we were still sleeping because check out isn't until 11:00, the cleaning people came in and when they realized we were there, there was no apology and the cleaning people just turned around and walked away.

No sleeping in at the sleep inn - rude staff
We had a very late night and didn’t return to the hotel until almost 3 in the morning so we requested a late check out (normal check out is 11am). We were given the okay to check out at noon. At 10:30am we had housekeepers knocking on our door and trying to enter the room while we were still in bed. I told them we had a late check out at noon, but one after another they continued to knock and be disruptive and rude. At 11 (usual checkout time), our room phone (which didn’t work, no one could hear us), began to ring off the hook. Another knock at the door from who appeared to be the head of housekeeping reprimanding us for not being out by 11. I told her we were given the okay to check out at noon and they had been pounding on our door since

Easy access off of I380. Quick and easy check in. Room was spacious and clean; bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was decent size with above average selections. Stayed one night after an Iowa football game and would stay again.

It was a nice, economical stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind, and the complimentary breakfast was good. My only concern was that Expedia did not notify of a $25/pet fee at the time of booking.
