Not happy with our stay this time! Normally love this hotel, but not good. The room was dirty, pepperoni pieces on the floor. The breakfast was cold and not very much to choose from. Fruit, juices, coffee and waffle mix were all out. The eggs were cold with no flavor. Went to go swimming and was told the pool was closed. Not sure why we were not told at check in. Offered a refund - this was at 630pm - where would I go? Finally said they would open the pool. Halls were very noisy and the fan was very loud. Very disappointed with this stay to the point we will probably not stay again

Cozy During the Ice Storm
We stayed during an ice storm, and we were grateful to have a very nice suite to stay be cozy in, while the weather was such a mess. The front desk staff were friendly, housekeeping did a great job, and breakfast was very tasty. Thank you!

This place was fantastic. We had a suite on the 6th floor and it had a full sized fridge, was furnished with pots and pans and a stove top! It basically felt like a fully furnished apartment! We will definitely be back! Oh and the hot tub and pool were amazing!!

We have stayed here for many Wisconsin v Iowa football games. The staff is great with managing such large groups. My only complaint is the ridiculous cost increase over normal rates. I understand they can charge more because of demand but the rates we paid do not make me feel like a valued Honors member.
