Not ADA compliant!
We requested a roll in shower ADA room. It was a roll in shower, but did not meet ADA requirements. The only shower head was attached at a regular height to the front wall - no side shower or shower head attached to a hose. The shampoo, etc were attached to the back wall where it would be behind the back of a person sitting on the shower chair. My husband was unable to use the shower because he would not be able to reach the shampoo, etc., but more importantly, he would not be able to rinse off while sitting on the shower chair and is unable to stand. We stayed in this same hotel 2 years ago and ran into exactly the same problem. I spoke to management, but they still do not have rooms that meet ADA requirements. I am very unhappy with our stay at this hotel.

This is definitely a hotel that has a lot of chances to grow, but it's well on it's way to being a great place to be. Pros: - an amazing lobby, great place for games and really comfortable - great staff, super helpful. occasional human error, but nothing I couldn't deal with, and nothing worth "freaking out" about - REALLY close to some great stuff. This is true for a lot of places in Cedar City, but still wonderful. - Easy to get to and get out of, easy parking, easy check in and check out, super convenient - I assume they have some kind of deal with Dove soap that gets high quality Dove soap in the shower and bathroom, which I really appreciated - comfortable bedding and space - to my knowledge (not someone with mobility deficits), it was a place very suitable for people with mobility issues. close proximity of parking to entrance, no curb to the lobby, lots of curb cuts, etc (only thing is no elevator!!) - Cheap laundry Cons: - queen beds felt really small, almost like Full sized beds - breakfast was a little lackluster (although overall fine for me, might not be for everyone) - a LOT of ongoing projects, which is great! But annoying right now: replacing lots of the doors, redoing rooms, getting new furniture, etc - Used to be a Motel - cold pool, only outdoor entrances, no elevator, etc Overall, it was a good hotel for what I needed, but it still needs quite a bit of work. I'm excited to see what will happen with the hotel, and am excited to see it improve

Stayed here during our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon for 4 nights. The room was ok. Clean sheets and towels. We had reserved a room with the kitchenette, but apparently they had oversold and did not honor our reservation. I wasn't happy about that. The facilities are Ok. Nothing special. They serve hot breakfast, eggs, bacon, potatoes. There's also a waffle machine. The swimming pool is indoors and very small.
