Ok hotel but needs improvement

Great location and service but room not ready until 4 pm. Also we had to wake up at 3 am for 4 am tour departure and shower has no hot water . Also only tea in room . No coffee .

The in-room dinning is 24/7, I loved it, the food is very nice and large choice. From Rib-eye steak to Pad Thai to salads, fruits, shakes, ect, all really good, I would come back there just for that.

Make sure you get a receipt for your 1,500 pesos for incidentals when you check in. I lost mine on my way up to the room. So I also lost my 1500 pesos.
