Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Our room was gorgeous and all of the little extras like huge shower towels, lovely bathrobes and great shampoo and conditioner. I wish we had stayed longer because it’s honestly so serene and nice. Hotel staff went above and beyond. Really a hidden little gem.

Clean, modern and comfortable. The room had great views and was large. Lovely bathroom. The breakfast was great, and service was polite. The views of the mountains were lovely too. There is a large construction site alongside the hotel which we didn’t know about before staying, but we weren’t disturbed by the noise. The only slight negative is that when we were offered lattes for breakfast we weren’t told that they were charged extra to the inclusive breakfast. Not a problem but it would have been good to know that.

The hotel was fairly new and the rooms very clean. The cleaning staff were nice but there was no room cleaning service between nights. The rooms are large and the bathroom was immense although lacking any shower gel, which we found odd. Overall it was a nice place to stay. On the downside: there was no kettle in the room and coffee maker made luke-warm coffee. The bed was ridiculously soft making sleeping uncomfortable, especially if you are used to a firm mattress, We booked a "view room" which turned out to be a view of the adjacent construction instead of the mountains. When we asked, they said that "view" means "inland view" - really? The room included breakfast, but they tried to charge us $60 a day for eggs until I produced the email to prove that breakfast was indeed covered. So, if you stay here be very clear about what you are getting and not getting.
