The only thing I didn't like was. The fact that I was charged by Expedia for the money that it cost at the hotel when the hotel charged me the money as well and I require a refund from my Expedia, which I need to get through my bank and I'm having trouble getting that through my bank and I have no. Proof of refund coming in because the guy said oh. It'll be printed out when you get the refund. But I didn't get a refund so I didn't get proof of it. So thanks a lot and I know out a $153 for. I'm using Expedia up to a point and when I didn't know I was using them. And I stated Glenwood motel anyway, and they charged me the full amount as well. So thank you very much, but I won't be using Expedia.ca any longer, so the way I see it either Expedia gives me my $153 back or I will never use your site again. I'll use someone else's and that probably doesn't mean f all to you, but whatever that's that and that's where I stand so either. I get a Marie underfunded. Or I don't. That's up to you guys but. I'll keep the giving bad reviews on Yelp Reddit.Whatever websites I can get on to and constantly give a bad review on Expedia.And I'll make sure you personally that you only get people hating you and not using you for hotel booking and I can do it.Don't test me. Cheers have a good day!

The room we had was very spacious and served us well. The bathroom was an inefficient use of space, large shower but no sink! Had to brush your teeth in main area. Kitchen needed a dish towel and scrubbing pad. Hard to wash the supplied dishes and cutlery without. Also the room needed a couple digital alarm clocks. Very nice room otherwise.

Under the bed was a bit dirty, found candies from a previous stay. Needed to book an extra day, when asked for when housekeeping would be by, was informed that I needed to arrange that through the front desk the day prior… didn’t know this was a thing to organize housekeeping? Overall was a good experience but would appreciate some housekeeping on a 3 night stay. Will stay again hopeful towels/garbages are changed if staying more than 2 nights.

Got welomed in with a smile , the young man greeted us, gave us a min to get settled with id and conformation email. He didnt rush us gave all the information needed, hot tub is amazing perfect temp but i like things hot the pool needs some love.over all amazing stay the rooms are good size 0ut of 10 i would say 8 out of 10
