For me, the staff was very unwelcoming and on one particular occasion after returning from swimming at La Gard, I was stopped by the 4 receptionists at the desk and asked if I had a room key. It was very much so approached in way by the staff as if I didnt look like I belong there. Additionally, I had a late evening check-in and was taking a shower after an 8hr drive when the water just stopped. I had to stand around lathered for 15mins until the water came back on just so I could finish my shower. Lastly, the outside temperature was fairly warm and even though the hotel has AC it is regulated to only go down to 24C (75F). Theres no way to set it lower so every night just to get to sleep, I slept on top of the covers to prevent sweating. Overall terrible experience for me. The main reason I booked is bc I thought the art theme was unique but even that, the most interesting part is the outside art on the exterior of the building. Do yourself a favor, drive by it and take a picture if you're interested in the art and book another hotel.

The rooms are painted by all local artists, and each room is different. What a cool and wonderful idea. Not in city center but staff offered to drive me in for train. Very welcoming and free breakfast too. A great place. You can’t go wrong by staying here. Hotel was well stocked with bar and was impeccably clean.

Das Hotel hat sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Die Fahrt nach Verona City dauert mit dem Bus ca. 40 min. Am Abend ist der Retourweg nach 21:00 Uhr nur noch mit dem Taxi möglich. Am Sonntag fährt kein Bus. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Roomservice macht eine tolle Arbeit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig, jedoch wird nicht sofort frisch eingedeckt. Es ist 24h immer Personal anwesend. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist ok, mit Potenzial nach oben.

Tolle Unterkunft, sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Wer ruhebedürftig ist sollte ein Zimmer hinten raus nehmen, da das Hotel an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer 220 gibt regelmäßige, laute Geräusche von sich, sehr störend in der Nacht.

Accueil chaleureux. L'hôtel est bien décoré, très tendance pour celui qui aime le "street art". Dommage, la cabine de douche était minuscule et le pain (baguette) au petit déjeuner n'était pas frais... Hormis, ces deux points négatifs, nous sommes enchantés de nous être arrêtés à cette adresse proche de Vérone.

Une découverte
Un hôtel exceptionnel. La déco est incroyable. Tant à l extérieur que dans les chambres toutes avec un thème différent. Le personnel aux petits soins, agréable et zouriant. Un buffet petit déjeuner avec un large choix salé-sucre. Pas loin du centre des expos de Vérone et 20mn du centre historique en voiture.vraiment aucune fausse note. Le resto sur place est très bien également.
