There were a few issues with a noisy A/C system and building remodeling, but the staff was great to get us moved to rooms further away from where the work was being done. They genuinely cared and were very accommodating.

So after getting my room I found our room which had doors lined up all down the halls making it hard to get our luggage through, then we found bugs in our bed and the AC didn’t work when I left to go ask for a different room the inside temperature was 79° and outside was 65°, in the new room there wasn’t any bugs and the AC kinda worked. I will not come back here again

Nice hotel, very friendly and clean. Only issue is their breakfast needs help! Says hot breakfast but it was just oatmeal and a waffle maker for hot food. No eggs or meat.

Half the time the key card did not work. I am older and all of the trolleys for luggage was never available, ice was an issue, and the continental breakfast was not worth it. I will not stay at this hotel again at least if i can avoid it.

The first night was a little rough due to an old A/C unit and unexpected buildint construction early the next morning. After discussing my concerns with hotel management, they went above and beyond to take care of us. Excellent value, great staff!!

It felt like we were the only people in the entire hotel. We went to our room and the AC didn’t work. They moved us to another. It was a strange feeling we had in the hotel Like maybe they were remodeling, like part of the hotel was closed I wouldn’t stay there again, and wouldn’t recommend it To others either

I loved my stay! I like how comfortable the bed was. We had issues with the tv and toilet. But those were just hiccups. I love how they had a heated pool and hot tub inside.
