I had to go to the front desk for clean towels everyday, I could never find the housekeeper on my floor. Our trashes were never taken out. There some unusual charge attempts after I used my card upon check in. I keep my debit card locked between transactions so they were only attempts thank goodness. These charge attempts were at 2am the first night, and another at 3am the second night. I went to the front desk and attempted to inquire about these charges but the lady up front acted clueless and just printed me a receipt. On the third night there were not any charge attempts.

The room was in need of a facelift. Bed was not very comfortable. TV remotes did not work. Not too impressed with the room. The hotel clerk was very friendly and had good customer service skills.

We chose this property because of the kitchenette and being able to make her own meals, however, it was less than desirable, not what it was represented to be. We had five people in our room, and there were only silverware in place settings for two, there was only one pot and it was terrible. In addition we had to have staff help with the tv which wasn’t working and the outlet in the bathroom was sketchy. No one came to give us housekeeping service the second day at all.

This place was great all around except that none of the light switches in our room would turn anything on. At first we thought our room had no power, but as soon as I walked through the dark to a lamp, it turned on. The bathroom light switch worked, but was the only one. Walking into a room and having the first light switch not work was not exactly what you want.

The stay was quick and easy. The staff was friendly enough. The on site pool was nice and refreshing after. Long car trip. The hot top was sweltering and no way met the health code of 104. And needs a little TLC as the bubbles didn't work and there appeared to be wires inside the skimmer. The rooms were nice but our AC unit made a high pitched rubbing noise all night.

Our room was clean, the carpets and the bathroom need to be upgraded, the toilet lid was stained, and it didn't flush well. The water pressure was amazing! Shower was awesome, but water was on the floor after each use. Everyone was friendly, no coffee or breakfast was offered.
