When we arrived there was no water so we couldn’t use the bathroom for about an hour. The pool was empty & without water the whole time. The lobby & hallways smelled HORRIBLE - like cigarette smoke mixed with something rotten. Netflix would NOT work & the front desk was no help at all. However, I was very impressed with one lady at the front desk when she upgraded my room from a single queen bed to 2 queen beds when my kids decided to join me on my trip at the last second - this lady was kind & VERY helpful.
