Wonderful Stay in Casablanca
This hotel is an excellent choice. The spacious suite was well designed, comfy bed, and outstanding breakfast. We are returning for another stay in about a week. Good central location.

The hotel was very nice, clean with good breakfast options and room service (we did not try the restaurant). Reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is how noisy it was - we were in a room facing the road and It was unbelievably loud. We asked to be loved higher up (from first floor), and this was accommodated (6th floor) but it didn’t make a difference. The windows are not double glazed and therefore you hear all the street noise, constant honking. Aside from that it’s a great place, but for anyone sensitive to noise I’d recommend asking for a room facing away from the road or booking a different place.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast was wonderful. Suggest that you do not use any taxi that they recommend (that was waiting up front). We used one and ended up getting charged three times the rate to the train station. The taxi driver was insulting and abusive (taking advantage of tourists). We told the police and there is a pending case.

In positive side, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. In more constructive comments, the front desk needs more help. The room is very small for the large and outdated furniture. Overall, for one night transit, it is not too bad.

We struggled to find a better title than OK. We booked 2 rooms at same price but they were quite different...one with minibar one without, one higher than the other. My 9th floor room was not serviced while we were out in the morning and they called me while i was sleeping so no room servicing first day. Second day they did clean room but only once i got in the shower did i realise i had been given no towels and i had to dry using the robe!..Breakfast was just OK...eggs disappointing. Best was fruits and bread. Location was just OK and required a walk or taxi. We were disappointed in recommended local guide. We thought he was being briefed on our wishes but 2.5 hours into our tour while we were hungry ( where was our seafood ?) being sold rugs was a massive disappointment. The best tour we did was booked via Premium Tours! Lovely man at front desk, and doorman were the highlight

My wife and I stayed for a week at this lovely property. Breakfast was great to have everyday. It was served from 6:30a-10:30a. Though the options were the same everyday there was a great variety including veggies, fruits, breads, meats, cheese, honey and olive oil. Not to mention Moroccan tea brewed the traditional way and various coffee combinations via a dispensing machine. However, the dining options in the restaurant for dinner service was below average. But at least room service was 24 hours! We stayed in a suite with a king size bed where we got the best sleep we got all year! Room had a fridge, microwave, electric tea kettle and coffee maker that used pods. Above all else the staff was very accommodating, helpful and genuine! Would definitely recommend.

The wifi was awful. The tv said it was smart but was not. The tv had very minimal channels. The top floor retreat area was eating only. No bar or food unless u get on the phone and order from the main restaurant. Also the roof top is not accessibility friendly. The room was very noisy. There were no dishes in the kitchenette which made it useless. The bathroom is very small. The front desk staff was not overly friendly. The restaurant staff and cleaning staff were great! The location was good for us but I can see why it wouldn’t be great for others. Not a lot of restaurant choices around.

Although rated a 5 star I would tend to disagree. Room was adequate and breakfast was nothing special. The bathroom shower looked like it was recently grouted and it was not a very professional job. I did not complain nor ask for another room as we only were there 2 nights. Location was great and front desk staff friendly. Was just an average room and hotel. Was expecting a bit more.

Excellent hotel, one of the best we've stayed in. Had good bathroom storage for all your toiletries, plenty of closet space and excellent kitchenette and living room. We really enjoyed our stay here as staff were really good and welcoming and work hard to keep it all going. Highly recommended!
