We spent 6-nights in the hotel and all of the staff were more than friendly and helpful. The fron desk organized and booked a reservation for ale Cascade, and all also a bald day tour of Rabat, that was well worth the experience. These two events capped our previously booked excursions around the City. This was our second visit to Morocco, and highly recommend the experience

This was our third or fourth visit to this hotel , we were very disappointed with the staff especially in the restaurant. Will not be going back. Not as friendly as before standards have dropped.

Compared to conglomerates like Hilton, Intercontinental, etc... this is truly a 5 star property. Our room was very clean. We are very sensitive to bad smells and had our share of high class hotels smelling mold and mildew, tobacco and everything in between, this place had none. Even the pillows were odorless, considering most places chemical the crap out of them. The rooftop view gives you a 360 panaroma of downtown Casablanca and all the points of interest, including the cathedral and Hassan II mosque. I highly recommend this suite hotel.

We lived everything about our stay here. While Casablanca has been said to be a more dangerous area to be in, this was not at all our experience. We would definitely be back. Something to note however, beds in general and pillows, are much more firm or harder than what one may be used to. Breakfast is absolutely something you don’t want to miss any day during your stay either. It’s something to appreciate ((:
