Avoid at all cost!
This place was horrific start to finish which I'm really surprised about given how well reputed it is globally. The negatives: 1.) At check-in, I was requested to have a seat as there was a long queue ahead of us. Once they were checked in, then someone else walked in and they decided to go through and check-in them which took another 15 minutes whilst we kept on waiting (all in all about 45 mins for check-in which is ridiculous). 2.) Once in our room, the A/C didn't work. Called maintenance and he said to restart it after 15 minutes (which I already did a few times). Called him again after an hour and he said maybe its broken. Spoke to the manager and he then explained finally that all rooms on that particular floor have heated set on and that he'd move us to another floor which finally resolved that issue. 3.) Next day, whilst my family was in the toilet, the door handle broke and she was trapped and eventually the maintenance guy came and opened it. Then the day after, the handle broke again and I couldn't open it from outside. Called the maintenance and no one came for like an hour and then I had to go down and complain to reception for them to finally sort this. 4.) Pool on the top floor but tiny and not heated which wasn't ideal either and not informed about prior. 5.) The toilet did not have a bidet of any sorts and had the wash basin after a separation which I found very strange. 6.) The breakfast was ok awful service. The items were always missing and rude staff.

Was expecting more of a hotel that markets itself as five-star. Somehow, the customer service seemed to be lacking in every interaction. Whenever I asked the reception about something, they told me to go ask someone else: When I asked for the opening hours for the rooftop bar, they told me to go up there to check. When I asked what a reasonable price for a taxi to the train station should be, they told me to check the meter. When I asked if there was any New Year's program, they told me to go ask to the restaurant. Also, there were some clear mistakes: I asked for a breakfast bag, and one was not ready when I went to get it at the agreed time. Also, when I ordered room service, they first brought me the wrong order. All of these are minor inconveniences, but it felt like so many little things were going wrong with the customer service. Clean hotel, okay room, but overall nothing to write home about.

The Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center Hotel is one of the best hotels for business in Casablanca. The food at the lobby restaurant is excellent and the staff are all exceptional. The Radisson takes the stress out of traveling. They arranged a great driver in a nice car to get me to the airport and home for Christmas. Going back there soon and definitely staying at the Radisson Blu as many times as possible. Keep up the great work.

The Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center Hotel is by far one of the best options for business travelers in Casablanca. Everything works seamlessly. The rooms are well maintained, the food from room service is delicious and arrives quickly. The breakfast is excellent as. Radisson Blu has a professionalism and optimal quality of service that you simply just don’t get in many other international hotel chains. And it’s really good value for your money. I booked on Expedia and it was a great rate. Highly recommended to consider as an option in Casablanca for any leisure or business travel in Morocco . 🇲🇦🙂

We very much enjoyed staying at the Radisson! Although Google maps initially couldn’t find the correct location and we circled around an incorrect area in the city center, once we used the coordinates through the hotel website we finally arrived. The staff at check-in and taking care of our rental car were fabulous. We enjoyed a lovely meal at their Brasserie restaurant and got a good nights sleep. Breakfast selections were numerous and the hotel offers something for every taste. I certainly recommend staying here!

Very disappointing overall experience
Very unpleasant check-in. We arrived early and understood that check-in was not until 3 PM. They asked us to wait in the lobby because usually they could make a room ready early. They did not keep us updated. We waited over three Hours. At 3 PM they still did not have a room for us. we finally did get a Room after being extremely assertive and insisting on seeing the manager. The manager was not apologetic, however, he did find a room almost immediately When it was clear that we were not going to except any excuses. No offer of assistance with luggage or orientation to hotel services was offered. Food in the restaurant was mediocre at best although the service was pleasant. I had a different room the second night because we were joining a tour group and had no hot water in the shower that night. My overall impression was that the poor Service was a matter of incompetence rather than deliberate neglect.
