Lovely guesthouse on the water
Lovely small boutique hotel. Close to town and a balcony overlooking town and ocean. Baskets of food brought to you for breakfast we ate on the balcony. Walk to the beautiful 7 hanging valleys trail. Just perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Castelo Guest House. Incredible views, friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast delivered to our room each morning in a picnic basket. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Highly recommend!

The location was ideal for exploring Cavoeiro by foot and the Algarve by car. We enjoyed the picnic breakfast on the deck, with a great view of the beach. Staff were expecially helpful with recommendations for dining and help booking a tour. They even offered to mail a lost earring to us.

Beautiful property with a great location. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The town main plaza and beach are walking distance. About 5 min downhill. There is free parking available in the street. There is a small grocery store at walking distance too (about 10 min uphill). We enjoyed our terrace breakfast (not included but very worth it).

Really lovely place to stay. Very friendly lady checked us in and showed us our room (street view but only stayed for 1 night, would probably do sea view if staying longer). Could still use terrace overlooking the beach, if you wanter. Room was very modern and well equipped, lovely comfortable bed.

Great Guesthouse but parking is not great…
Great for views across Carvoeiro beach, comfortable room with fridge, kettle & nespresso machine. Take care with parking though, we parked right outside on the road and our car was hit by a passing vehicle, we noticed other damaged vehicles during our stay, this made it an expensive visit!

Easy parking on the street around the property. We were there in November and I can imagine this could a lot tougher in the High season. Room was nice and big with amazing views and a great little patio to enjoy our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine before bed.

I loved everything about this Guest House. The room was designed to a high specification. The breakfast was the highlight of the holiday, delivered to the room in a basket. We sat eating looking out to sea in total relaxation. Cattia and the staff were helpful and professional throughout.

I had a wonderful stay at the Castelo Guest House. the staff were lovely and very helpful. I was staying in the family room which had a small kitchen which was great. The veranda was amazing and views were stunning. You can have a breakfast basket delivered you your room which is lovely. The only thing which could be a downside, was my window opened the road which, If you are a light sleeper could be an issue if you want the window open. Many people walk and drive up the road. This was ok for me like listening to the sea when I sleep, which was lovely. Location is excellent and all the staff were welcoming.

Best place to stay in Carvoeiro. The terrace overlooking the beach and ocean is amazing. The town centre is minutes away. You don't need to rent chairs at the beach (overpriced at 40 euros and too close together). You have all the conveniences from your room and it's so comfortable. There's a fridge to store your fruits and a microwave to heat up things if you wish.. Great stay sorry to leave.

I really liked my stay here. Things to note: you don't have access to a kitchen (if you have leftovers like I did!) and if you're facing the street, it's actually quite loud. Having said that, the room itself was lovely, it was clean, and I felt safe in the early morning and later evenings coming back. It was a relatively close walk into Algar Seco and the beach was two minutes away.
