Everybody we encountered was very pleasant and almost everything was very clean. However, our bathroom floor had sticky lines as if there had been duct tape on it for quite a while. Our towels were rough. (Another would have been nice for my hair but that’s not a big deal.) Otherwise everything about the place was excellent. Loved the coffee!! Breakfast was good - the eggs were better than most “eggs in a chafing dish”! I loved the azalea bushes in bloom. It was a beautiful surprise at this time of year. We will stay here again.

This was our first time staying here. . Brittany at the front desk was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and stocked appropriately. Having the pool table in the lobby was great, especially keeping teenagers occupied. I really loved that the checkout time was noon unlike most hotels being at 10:00 because I am not a morning person. We will definitely book again.

Nice, comfortable stay!
We come to Cartersville at least twice a year. This is our first time at this hotel but it won’t be our last. This hotel was very clean, had friendly staff, quiet area but close to everything. Most of all, the room was very comfortable and I’m hoping I can find the pillows online to buy for my home!
