The hotel is very well designed, clean and modern. Hotel staff is friendly, attentive and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel in terms of cost benefit. The location is very strategic for entering and exiting the walled city which can have heavy traffic at times. One issue that the property has is when it rains the rooftop floods where breakfast is served. Overall a great hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel is located one block (walking distance) to the famous Torre Del Reloj closed to restaurants, stores, drugstores, supermarkets, etc. Breakfast is tasty and service is remarkable.

Super nice, clean hotel within the walled city, very convenient to and within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, bars and sights in Cartagena. More of a boutique hotel that is modern and seems to be fairly new. The room, bed, furniture and overall property were all in amazing condition, great quality and extremely clean, especially compared to hotels in the US, and the price point was very reasonable and a great deal. AC also worked extremely well and got really cold which was a necessity with the extreme heat. Nice common roof deck area with great views of the city and where breakfast is served. Breakfast was ok and the servers were not the best. They also had an event/band play on their rooftop one of the nights we were there and it was pretty loud, so much so that we could hear it in your room late through the night however it didn’t bother us too much but is something to consider if you are more noise sensitive. Bonus was the cute, walk in shower and private balcony where it was super calm and peaceful in the early morning and lively and entertaining to people watch from at night. Travelled with a girlfriend for this trip and we always felt safe. Highly recommend.
