The staff was helpful. Especially the attendant’s Kewarv was so attentive to our needs. He was kind and smiled a lot. The front desk staff were helpful but lack good energy, they did not smile enough. The breakfast was good and the staff was good and made sure I had enough coffee. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you

Simply amazing! The most favorite part of my stay was the staff. They’re were absolutely warm, friendly and welcoming. We were received with a delicious fresh juice and lunch. The beds were so clean and soft. On the last day I ate in the islands and my stomach was gassy. The hotel staff was very attentive- they told me they have a doctor in the installations that can see me. They offer it - that’s the best part. This is my first time I meet such a friendly and collaborative staff. I would come back to Cartagena. Thanks for making my stay incredible.
