I absolutely love this property, the front desk ladies made my stay amazing. The room was clean ac worked great the hot water work perfectly. The area is close to everything! I walked everywhere, it’s very walkable no more than 10mins. I had split my stay three days in mood and three days in bocagrande. The day I checked out, I arrived in my hotel in Boca grande was highly disappointed in the hotel, especially with it advertising as luxury. iMessage one of the ladies on WhatsApp and ask him if I can get my room back in mood and she quickly booked a reservation for me. Now that’s customer service. I came right back to my room and cancelled the other hotel. I absolutely love the hotel and front desk ladies made me feel so safe and welcomed. Do yourself a favor and book the superior room, it’s worth it. You won’t regret picking this hotel!

The location is very near to most attractions you can to walk everywhere. Our room is small but is new and comfortable. The receptionist is very nice and helpful.

The elevator wasn’t operational during my entire stay of 3 days. The staff seemed unconcerned. Power was out approximately 12 hours. I’m a senior with significant mobility issues and had to hobble down 3 flights of stairs. 1 flight of stairs has no railing. As a result, I didn’t leave the hotel much and lost money on tours I had booked and paid for . I reached out to Expedia whom I had booked the hotel through and they reached out to the Mood Matura in Cartagena. They refused any sort of reimbursement. Expedia offered a 50 dollar credit towards my ‘next” booking. Absolutely appalling accountability on both companies.
