The property is well-maintained, and the staff is helpful and kind. Also, the food at the restaurant and the breakfast is amazing. However, the stairs presented a challenge after an accident in Cartagena. There are stairs leading to the elevator and from the elevator to the room. The hotel lacks accommodation for individuals facing mobility issues.

Dream stay on the beach

The location is the beach was excellent. The pool area was very clean and perfect temperature. Reminded me of a Palm Springs pool area. Food was great! They gave us the best room in the hotel! Amazing view of the ocean and city. And the costs was three times less expensive than our other hotel in the city.

Hotel is in a calm and in quiet area with direct access to thr beach, spacious rooms and clean. Plenty of space around the pool and the sun is from 9-6. Staff is great, they were able to give us a room with early arrival, beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast is another strong amenity, plenty of fruits, local food and a little something for those not wanting to try the food. Our waiter was very nice and attentive, Luis and Alberto.

Beautiful hotel...nice pool and convenient public beach on property.... great restaurant... in the middle of great area close to the Beautiful old walled city... criticism: not great for the elderly... elavators are between floors so there's always a flight of stairs to get to your room

My friend and I travelled from Canada. We had a great stay and as two females felt very safe. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach (unlike many other properties nearby) that was guarded by security. The hotel is not a walking distance to tourist attractions. However, the hotel made a great recommendation to purchase a 2 day pass on the hop-on-hop-off bus. This saved a significant amount of money in taxi fare. One thing to note is that there is minimal English spoken at the property. Nevertheless, we were able to get by and still have an amazing stay. Would recommend!!
