Great property for the price. More quiet than staying in the old city. Great staff from front desk, bellman, waitress/waiters and pool staff. They always made sure I had no issues. The only issue was that there are very few people that speak English as a 2nd language. No one at pool or restaurant spoke English. I understand that’s it Cartagena, but it’s a Raddison (US Company) they should have at least 1 person thats bilingual in each location. But other than that, place was clean, people very friendly, great with nature and animals roaming property (birds, deer, toucan) Family property, definitely!!!!! Thank you Caribe for a great stay!

Very good location, EXCELLENT STAFF. Variety in breakfast buffet. I am going to return to Cartagena and, of course, this is going to be my hotel. Customer satisfied. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very old but renovated. Everyone is incredibly nice, and service is impecable. They go a long way to get to know you and help you in anyway they can, from the people at the front desk, the staff of the restaurant, everyone. We came early, but our room was ready so we were able to check in. The room was comfortable, although the bathroom could use a new renovation. The hotel has amazing spaces for kids, including a great pool and animals, such as deer and tropical birds my kid had a great time. The only downside of this hotel is that ridiculous, expensive food, although quality is good, it's not worth what it's cost even for Cartagena standards. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options and loved that it was open up to 11 AM .

This hotel is stunning! I studied in Cartagena many years ago, and I chose to stay here because I had always dreamed of it. The architecture and gardens are absolutely beautiful. The only downside was the coffee situation. For a hotel of this caliber in Colombia, I expected coffee makers in the rooms and some good Colombian Coffee.
