Experiencia en Cartagena

Maravilloso. Buena ubicación cerca de restauramtes, comerciales, etc. Relativamente cerca de las zonas turisticas. Me encantó el hotel, muy limpio, baños muy lindos, colchones muy comodos. Muy buen servicio de limpieza. Aire acondicionado nuevos y silenciosos. Wife funcionando muy bien.

Pésimo servicio

Me fue mal en este hotel. Dice que tiene estacionamiento disponible y es mentira, tuve que estacionar el carro en una casa fuera del hotel y tuve que pagar el estacionamiento cuando el hotel ofrece este servicio gratis según la página. A parte que se deja la llave en la casa para que muevan los carros y cuando llego en horas de la tarde el dueño de la casa tenía el carro abierto escuchando música , lo que me parece una total falta de respeto de parte de este hotel.

Faltan elementos fundamentales.

Le faltan elementos fundamentales para tener um buen servicio, como ascensor, buen parqueadero, comunicación con las habitaciones, etc. Si la administración se lo propone puede mejorarlo.
