Went here to relax and read near the beach. The green area was under repair. Lounges not permitted. Moved to the pool lounge to read. Music was too loud to read. Went back to the room. Kindly be respectful of noise pollution. Everyone has their own devices for entertainment, focus on clean spaces, maintained equipment etc.

The location is one of the best i have had the pleasure of staying at! The level of customer service was beyond what i expected. It’s like many properties in the Third World. The design is great, but the maintenance is left to be desired specially American design properties, where most of the skilled workers don’t know what you’re doing so the room is left with tiles loose or fixtures that are not incomplete order. The handle of the shower stayed in my hand.

The stay was so uncomfortable and the rooms were not equipped with good air conditioner and there was no provision of drinking water. The breakfast buffet was not included but I independently paid for it but it was not worth it.

I did like the easy access to the beach. I did not like the condition of our room. Drapes did not close correctly and the bathtub was flooded when taking a short shower. That room needs proper maintenance urgently. And what is supposed to be a private area is crowded with people offering food, drinks and services, usually being really invasive.
