I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had several issues that impacted my experience. First, I was surprised by an $8.00 parking fee that wasn’t disclosed when I made the reservation. This felt like an unexpected charge, and I wish it had been mentioned upfront. Additionally, I was told there would be a security guard monitoring the parking lot, which made me feel more secure about leaving my car there. However, during the three nights I stayed at the hotel, I never saw any security—no car, no person, nothing. This was concerning, as the lack of visible security made the promised reassurance feel a bit hollow. The room I was given was on the 3rd floor, directly beneath the washer and dryer room on the 4th floor. As a result, the noise from the machines was constant and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. I would recommend requesting a room away from that area if you're sensitive to noise. Breakfast was another letdown. The food often ran out, and since there was only one staff member working in the kitchen, everything was slow to be replenished. The food that did come out was often cold, particularly the eggs, which didn’t make for the most appetizing start to the day. Finally, the ice maker on my floor was out of order, which, while a small inconvenience, added to the series of disappointments. Overall, the lack of transparency about parking fees, the absence of security, noise issues, and poor breakfast service made this a less-than-satisfactory sta

Solid-big room ( suite), nothing fancy but did the trick for short family visit. Clean, and Staff very nice and helpful. Some things in the room could use a basic handyman-usb plugs by bed bent so not usable, drippy bathtub for example. Holiday Inn breakfasts anymore are pretty impressive although this location had the same offerings for 3 days straight instead of a rotation as others we have stayed at-good still, but variety is nice. Also pancake machine (a fav) was out the entire time as was pool and spa. Stuff happens of course. Stayed here vs usual due to dog traveling, would stay again if fur accompanies.

Breakfast was terrible the omelette were inedible the noise in the hotel at night due to door closing sound from the roof top The room was great and staff were v nice but hotel experience on the whole with noise levels makes me give it a low rating

The property is top notch, the pool was out of commission but stuff like that happens. However, they were quick to suggest an alternative option. Plus they lent us towels! Awesome place
