It felt homey and comfortable. It felt safe walking to dinner a few blocks away. I liked that it was in a quiet historic area rather than in the middle of the casino district.

The staff were awesome! I would suggest hot chocolate packets as everyone does not drink Coffee or tea. I would suggest they use the stove they have to bake fresh cookies and create a welcoming aroma at check in time instead of store bought cookies. The carpets need cleaning or replacement. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Location was great for the capital, and to other areas to visit. The bad was that the TV would have to be reset every time the set was turned off, the staff did fail to inform us of this, but when informed of the issue informed us there was an information sign telling us how to reset the system.

The hotel is very old. This wouldn't be a problem if they kept up the maintenance. The place is very shabby. Staff was nice, great location, but they have a tough sell with that old property.

I thought it was going to be nice and comfortable, but how old the building is, it was noisy, doors slamming, thumping heels above me and the A/C barely worked... the prices aren't worth the stay.
