Newly renovated rooms and lobby. Pool will reopen in June. Same great staff and the new menu at the Grille is great. This is our go to getaway from Reno. Casino and bowling alley is a fun combination. Gold Dust West Carson City is a house full of friends.

The staff was really helpful! Updated rooms were great too. Couldn’t hear the casino at all from our send floor room. Restaurant staff was really nice and funny! I will be staying here again the next time I have business in Carson City

The property was new and the rooms had great amenities. The personal was very friendly, especially Amelia. The restaurant staff was not as helpful or friendly. The food was not good.

I had not been to Carson City in 20 years and when I lived there the casino was known as the Pinion Plaza I think. I was surprised at how beautiful it was and our room was great.

Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. WiFi wasn’t working. When I went to ask why it wasn’t working they told me to walk around until I got reception. Never worked. Had ants in the room as well

On Friday night had a group of 13 over for dinner in the restaurant. Staff would not let us pull up a chair to the table to accommodate one person, that person left the restaurant. We should all gotten up and walked out, but then we would’ve had to drive somewhere else. We were staying at the hotel.
