What manager?
I booked 2 rooms for the weekend, I found out later the pool was not open, I chose not to stay as I had kids who needed an outlet of activities.
The manager was not available, and has not been available to call me back in regards to a refund, I even asked for a partial refund. It has been a week and she has not returned my call. It was not posted about the pool being closed. This is unprofessional to not even accept responsibility and tell me directly she cannot refund, which at this point I accepted that. I find this rude and unprofessional to avoid the conversation and let employees keep covering for her. I can imagine if I had another issue how she would handle that.
Staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive! Great value for your dollar. Not fancy, but ckean and more than adequate. Five stars would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Was spoke to as if I was not a human no one should ever speak to anyone the way that the woman at the quality Inn in Bremen Georgia spoke to me. It was disgusting.
The management was nice, but our room was nasty. The beds were dirty... the sheets and comforters were dirty and covered in dog hair. The floors were nasty and had not been vacuumed or cleaned. I would not stay here again.
We stayed on Valentine’s Day. They made us pay a deposit on the room of 100 dollars when we checked in. After waiting two weeks for my deposit back I called and spoke to a woman who wasn’t sure why I haven’t received it back yet and took my info for her general manager who wasn’t there yet. I was supposed to receive a call back and did not. I waited yet another week and called yesterday to ask what was going on and the person I spoke to sounded impatient and told me who I needed to speak to wasn’t there and I would have to call back in a few hours. It shouldn’t be this hard! All I want is my money back!! If I don’t receive a phone call by the end of the week telling me that I will be getting my money back I will take this higher. We left the room in the same condition that we entered it with no damages or mess.
