The room had a stale smell. We had to leave the doors open and use a large fan to blow air. There was no water in the room. When I called them, they said they will bring it in 10 min. I waited for couple of hours and had to call them multiple times. Then the weirdest thing happened - someone came into the room without knocking (while we were in the room at night) and left 2 bottles of water!

Property is old and needs a remodel. Had a suite on third floor, expensive, and room was extremely loud. Beyond noisy even with a sound machine at night. Advertised fireplace does not have a gas line and wood does not burn. Couch stiff and very uncomfortable. Bed mattress cheap and squeaky, uncomfortable. Great location just old, dirty, desperately needs remodel. Not worth the price

This place was amazing! Booked it as I was proposing to my fiancé. The room was just amazing. 2tv’s, fireplace, a balcony, a whirlpool tub for 2, a full kitchen. We will definitely be back!

I have stayed at this property before few years ago and it’s dated and did not realize all the noise you get from the freeway on the bottom. Dining was limited the evening. Parking is a mission unless you valet you car. The front desk guy that help was not welcoming at all…

We arrived early around 1pm when check-in was at 4pm. But despite arriving early and them knowing we were waiting, we did not get the room until 4pm. I don't think they made any effort to prioritize the cleaning of our room. When we got into the room it was freezing cold. They had not bothered turning the heat on despite the cold day either. The room itself has a nice view and is reasonably comfortable but it has not been remodeled in I would guess 20 years so it feels very dated and this impacts the comfort. No room service to the room as well. Also I had flowered delivered to the hotel and after 1 hours, I went to fetch the flower myself as they had not delivered it to the room. Overall a very mediocre experience given the price.
