Best Western Centralia

I’ve stayed here several times now (hotel is in my home town). This is the only hotel I would recommend in Centralia. Very clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good, rooms are spacious, plenty of parking, Walmart across the street, restaurants nearby, safe.

Almost perfect

The hotel looked like new despite being seven years old. The bed was very firm, which I prefer, therefore, I slept very well. The room was large and the bathroom was very clean and looked like new. My only issue is that the plastic flatware to be used for the breakfast was too flimsy. It was too hard to cut a waffle with the utensils. I suggest they buy better quality plastic flatware.

Best Western Centralia

After a long day of traveling it was very nice to enter this establishment. It was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and the check in process was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and had all the amenities one would expect. The hallways were bright and cheery. Plus the room was quiet. The breakfast in the morning was good and just like the check in process, the checkout was quick and easy. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Rooms & facilities were very clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great. Easy check-in & out. Parking was convenient. My only issue was 2 tv’s in the room - one remote controls 2 tv’s. I would be watching 1 tv with one remote & attempt to change channels & the 2nd tv would suddenly come on (probably happened 10x over 2 days). Not a game changer, but annoying!
