The hotel is very run-down, all supplies are designed to save money, cheap and bad quality. The water quality is very poor, but the location of this hotel is very convenient for visiting the national parks. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Beds were fine. Nice hot showers. Parking was not crowded, we were able to park near our room. Glad to be close to the Carlsbad Caverns. Wish there was a better continental breakfast option though.

This is the coolest hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Clean, cheap, and fun! Beds are soft, rooms are very clean and spacious, close to the caverns.

Quiet and close to the caverns which was convenient having 3 kids. Big rooms and the beds were clean and comfy! The cactus cafe was delicious!

Property is just outside entryway to Carlsbad Caverns, so you can easily return for late evening bat flight presentation or star gazing. Also able to get to caverns first in the morning if you don't have reservations (especially on holidays). Breakfast is "grab and go" type in lobby, so have to carry juice/coffee/etc. back to room. Pool is nice after a hot day--slides for kids and pirate ship.

This place is excellent. Not because it's fancy because it's not. What it is, is comfortable, clean and an awesome staff. Very close to the Caverns. They have really nice pools, slides,etc. I stayed there and you should too.

It was great with 2 kiddos under 10. They loved the water park area. The room was nice and clean. Comfy beds and they provide a quick easy breakfast before hitting the caverns. Staff was great as well!

Great location friendly people. However the pool was closed, all tv channels were pretty staticy, and I thought breakfast came with hot waffles from the picture and it didn’t. But we did get good sleep and were nice and close to the carlsbad caverns.
