Spend a little bit more and stay somewhere decent

This property is dirty rooms are not cleaned heating had to be turned on manually by maintenance coming into the room and going into vent inside your room showing you there buttcrack lucky you and making you feel uncomfortable with conversation when there working but don’t actually want to and you want to just rest not entertain a man and freeze a man you had to have come into your room after check in and undressing and realizing the heat in 50 degree winter didn’t work. after a long day where this whole process takes a couple hours and if maintenance is gone for the day your out of luck you have to keep switching rooms until maybe you luck out and find one with heat on staff is nice about it I mean some it’s ghetto unsafe and very poorly run where not everything offered is actually working or accessible so technically you are being charged incorrectly for if the property claim to offer heat and hours of your stay are taken out of your day and your time your frustration and your money all because the property who is rich but franchise maybe owned is cutting costs and not technically offering what it says it offers. It is law suit worthy. It’s fraud. Motel 6 corporation is wealthy so they should be spending more money on sending people out to make sure properties are being maintained simply I would never stay in a motel 6 again it’s for drug addicts and prostitutes and it’s sad that’s what it’s allowed for itself when it could be more.

This hotel is terrible. The room smelled like smoke and drugs. There was no heat in the room or blankets on the bed. The pictures are misrepresented. I paid for the week in advance on hotels.com ( which I will never do again) and I am trying to get my refund.

Rooms are tiny. Other than good location I wouldn’t stay here again. Beds aren’t queen size, they are full size mattresses so not good for 2 adults to share.

Chilly showers.

On a previous stay when I arrived this hotel had no AC. It was quite hot that week and nothing was done to fix the problem or provide any refund. I had to buy a fan and try to blow cool air from outside at night into the room, to sleep. This stay I phone before arriving to confirm that the AC issue had been resolved. Yes, I was told. Imagine my surprise when I arrived, checked in and was leaving the lobby to be told, oh, we have no hot water and no heat. WHAT? The problem was with the gas line and it had been not working for several days. BUT when I called about the AC nothing was said about no hot water. I was told I could cancel and get a refund, but how is that helpful when I am already there and need a place to stay for the length of my reservation. Was 2 days before the problem was fixed. No refund, no credit nothing but really cold showers. Serious over this location.

There was noise at all hours. I checked my phone every time I was woken up by the outside noise and it was around 12 midnight, 2:30 am, and last time around 4 am. The room was non smoking and the room reeked of smoke. Very tiny space. Won't be returning. I'd rather spend a little more for something better. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

Check w/staff at check-in to verify hot water.

We really liked this Motel 6; staff were welcoming. However, when we checked in, we were informed that the hot water wasn't working in the entire complex. We stayed one night and then checked out as the hot water wasn't likely going to be fixed during our five day stay. I hope it's fixed by now; we would have stayed if the hot water was working. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Again, the staff was very helpful.

Never stay here

There was no hot water and no heat. They told me this right after they ran my card to pay for the entirety of the stay. The staff was rude, the parking lot was surrounded by barricades the most horrible place to stay ever.
