Shay at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. His dinner recommendations were spot on! The room was comfy with a nice couch and we slept soundly on comfortable mattresses. Rooms well equipped with coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. The breakfast buffet was definitely above what I expected.

During check out I had a question for the front desk and absolutely no one came out to check what myself and another guest that was also waiting needed. They decided to leave after about 15 minutes of waiting. I went up to my room to grab my bags and again came down and still no employees to be seen. Hotel is nice but no front desk service.

Very clean. Great pool, sitting area at inside bar, workout facilities. About 15 mins from Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Highly recommend for those families on road trips.
