Overnight stay in Cardiff
Paid £39 for one night you get what you paid for in this joke of a hotel. Booked in fine,went up to the room and no bed should have left there and then.Finally got a room which was clean and comfortable.Went to the bar for a drink whilst waiting for my taxi,no drinks on draught only cans or bottles. I actually seen a couple with 2 pints going to there room from Wetherspoons down the street.Shocking.To cap it all of checked out at 11am and asked if they serving tea or coffee?Reply no. Never again.

We were terribly disappointed to be kept all night from the room next door having a room party. I contacted reception at 3:30am and 05:00am who did ask the guest to quieten down, which they did for ten minutes then the music went back on. We literally had no sleep the entire night. The radiator wasn't working so had a plug in heater. No hand tissues in the bathroom. Cleanliness was poor.

Excellent location.
Central location. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, lovely lobby. Showing some signs of age but expected. Check in was quick and easy, friendly staff. FYI their car park is undergoing refurbishment so we had to use the NCP on Westgate, but they have a discount price so make sure you get this from the front desk before paying for your parking.

Best sleep of my life
Honestly need to know what brand of mattress they use. Rooms were large and clean. Main area of hotel was beautiful and service was incredible - very friendly staff!! Will be my top pick next time I’m here.
