The worst hotel in Wales
The hotel is very tired and dated. The bar area was left dirty for hours following previous lunch use. Carpet had ground in food and tables dirty. The bed was terrible resulting in me needing medical help to fix a back spasm.

The building is okay. I enjoyed facilities of the swimming pool and the gim, the room are okay and too expensive for the level. For a 4 stars hotel, i was expected more kit in the toilet as cream. One night i walked up at 3am because there were two droken people shouting in the corridor. No the best environment for the level of money

Set in beautiful grounds with friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast and facilities. Room was well appointed but was a bit dark and dated. The window’s double glazing had blown.

Wonderful
The room, premises, staff, and facilities were amazing. Absolutely top notch! The restaurant food was really nice. The only slight negative was that the room was a little too warm with the temperature sensor set to the lowest setting. The spa was brilliant, we used the gym, sauna steamer and pool and all were clean and well looked after. It’s a hell yeah from us!!
