Great central hotel

Very comfortable and clean hotel, ideally located in the very centre of Cardiff. Staff were all incredibly friendly and nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and continental. Would stay again.

Great centrally located hotel. The staff had great customer service and were really welcoming and helpful. We had a couple of areas of fault in our room. Once raised these were rectified almost immediately. Bar perhaps on the expensive side, however cannot fault the hotel in general. Shower was powerful and the bed was really comfortable . I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Very central, discount on parking, nicely decorated. It was fine for one night. Cold and floor freezing. Curtains didn’t close and although very clean one long black hair missed in bathroom. No outlook.

Great spot for city centre break

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff gave a thorough run down of services end check in was quick and easy. Rooms were really nice with big beds and well appointed bathrooms as well as other little touches like a rocking chair! We also had breakfast with a good selection and cocktails 2 for 1

I was given a room with accessibility bathroom which i believe it wasn't suited for me as i had to bend quite low to use the sink and that caused me back pain I think the staff should have asked if i need it before they could give me the room i found that was unfair on me

Came to stay at Hotel Indigo for a little one night treat. Firstly exceptional service at reception, greeted with a smile. Breakfast was superb, my partner commented that it was the best selection we've ever had from a breakfast and she was right. We should have visited the bar/restaurant for a night cap because it looked very suave. Room was lovely, great bathroom, very clean...the only thing I would say is our room door was very thin, we could hear the conversations in the hallway. But apart from that had a good night sleep. Would definitely recommend staying here as it is so close to everything in Cardiff, a few mins walk from anywhere. Thank you!

Great hotel. Too much noise from the street below.

Great staff, beautiful hotel. However, I was on the 5th floor facing the high st, as a result I hardly slept due to the incessant noise from people passing by into the earjy hours. This was a Wednesday and a business trip so not ideal.
